The quickest corrections are the ones we can check straight away. Please include:

• the page on this site and the code or figure you mean;
• what Springbok's own page or cashier shows instead, with a link or a screenshot;
• the date you saw it.

We check every correction against Springbok's source before changing a page, then update the page's check date. If Springbok's page has not changed, we say so in our reply and explain where the figure comes from.

Account, bonus or withdrawal problems

Only Springbok can look at your account. Its support page lists a live chat on the site and in the lobby, email at help@springbokcasino.co.za, and a "Schedule a call" callback offered through the chat window. Springbok says support runs around the clock.

For a formal complaint, Springbok's player complaints guidelines ask for a signed complaint form emailed to its complaints address; the complaints guidelines set out the steps and response times. Before you contact anyone about a refused code, the coupon not working guide may solve it faster.

Please do not send

We never need anything from your casino account to fix a page, so please leave these out of your email:

• your Springbok password, PIN or one-time codes;
• ID documents, proof of address or card details;
• screenshots that show your full name, balance or account number (crop them first).

If someone claiming to be Code Vault SA asks for any of these, it is not us. We will only ever write from hello@casinospringbok.com, and we never ask you to log in anywhere.
