SPRINGBOK100 code: 100% on your first deposit

A 100% match pairs every rand you deposit with a rand of bonus money, up to R1,500 of bonus. Deposit less and the bonus shrinks in proportion. Deposit more than R1,500 and the bonus stays at R1,500, while the wagering, set on deposit plus bonus, keeps growing with the deposit.

SPRINGBOK100 belongs to an account's first deposit, so have it ready before you open a payment method. The bonus arrives as bonus money, not cash, and the rules further down apply to it until the wagering is finished.

SPRINGBOK50 code: the second and third deposits

SPRINGBOK50 is one code used twice. Springbok's promotions page says it works on both the second and the third deposit, at 50% up to R5,000 each time. Redeem it before deposit two, and again before deposit three.

A 50% match only reaches its R5,000 ceiling on a deposit of R10,000. Most deposits land far below that, which is fine: the ceiling is a maximum, not a target. Each code adds its own wagering, so take them one planned deposit at a time.

How to claim the sign up bonus from the login lobby

Whether you start on Springbok's website or log straight into the lobby, coupons live in the cashier, and the order inside it is the same for all three deposits.

   Sign up as yourself. The name and address you enter should match your photo ID and a recent proof of address, because Springbok checks those documents before your first withdrawal.

Springbok Casino bonus minimum deposit: R25 is Springbok's claim

Springbok's own articles say the welcome codes need a deposit of at least R25. The promotions page does not state a minimum, so treat that figure as Springbok's marketing claim rather than a published term.

Your payment method has a minimum of its own, and most sit well above R25. On Springbok's banking page the lowest is BetterEFT at R51. Springbok's 2026 articles describe a cashier with lower floors, but that is marketing copy, and the two sources disagree on BetterEFT.

In practice, plan around the method's minimum, not the coupon's. Pay by card and the real starting point is R150, not R25.

30x wagering in rand: two worked examples

Wagering is the amount you must stake before bonus money, and anything won with it, can be withdrawn. For both welcome codes the T&Cs set 30x on deposit plus bonus, not on the bonus alone. Two examples at an everyday deposit size:

Now picture the ceilings. Collecting the whole R11,500 means depositing enough to max out all three codes, and then hundreds of thousands of rand in bets before any of it is yours. The package total is a maximum on paper, not a reason to deposit more than you planned.

Each game keeps an edge, so a balance played over and over tends to shrink, and many bonuses reach zero before the wagering is done.

Games that count, and the R100 bet limit

Bonus bets only count on the games the T&Cs name: 7 Stud Poker, bingo games, European Slot Poker, keno, Pai Gow Poker, scratch cards and all slots. That list is older than the lobby. When the lobby was checked on 9 October 2026, 7 Stud Poker, bingo, European Slot Poker and Pai Gow Poker were missing and no section was for scratch cards, which leaves slots and keno. With 244 slots in the lobby, that is plenty.

The risk sits at the tables. Springbok's articles say blackjack, roulette, the other table games and video poker contribute nothing, and under the T&Cs a bet on an excluded game while wagering is unfinished cancels the bonus along with what it has won.

• Bet size: no single bet above R100 until the bonus is cleared, or the winnings from that bet are voided.
• Withdrawals in progress: Springbok will not add a bonus while a withdrawal sits pending. Cancel it or let it finish first.
• Where you live: the T&Cs open bonuses only to players from South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Lesotho and Mozambique.
• Cashout cap: none is stated for the welcome codes. The T&Cs' 15x-the-deposit cap covers matches above 100%, so on its wording it does not reach them.

Free signup bonus or deposit bonus: which one you are looking at

Look for an online casino in South Africa with a free signup bonus, or simply one with a welcome bonus, and the results mix two kinds of offer together. At Springbok they are separate coupons with very different terms:

The free chip is the closest thing Springbok has to a no deposit welcome bonus. We found no Springbok rule on whether claiming one affects the other, so if you want both, ask live chat before you redeem either.

When to leave the welcome code out

A code is optional on every deposit. In three situations a plain deposit can suit you better:

• You mainly play tables or video poker. Those games do not count, and a bet on them mid-wagering can cost you the bonus. With no code there is nothing to clear.
• You may want the money back soon. With a code, the bonus has to be fully wagered before a withdrawal, and the 30x is counted on your deposit as well. If you might need that money early, ask live chat how a withdrawal would affect the bonus before you redeem.
• You would rather have cashback. Springbok's 25% cashback applies only to deposits made without a bonus, so a deposit with SPRINGBOK100 or SPRINGBOK50 gives it up for that deposit.
